For Falc's Sake strives to process orders placed before 12noon AEST on the same business day. Orders made after this cutoff will be processed the following business day. Please be aware that during sale events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Upon placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, another confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent immediately. If you don't receive these emails, kindly reach out to our Customer Care team at contact@ffsake.com.au. Please note that once an order is placed, we regretfully cannot alter the delivery method.

Shipping Within Australia:

Standard shipping typically takes 2-8 business days, while Express shipping usually arrives within 1-3 business days.

• Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on orders over AU$150.

• For orders under AU$150, Standard Shipping is $10.

• Express Shipping for orders over AU$150 is $10.

• Express Shipping for orders under AU$150 is $15.

Shipping to New Zealand:

DHL Express shipping delivers within 2-5 business days for a flat rate of $15.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is processed through checkout, it becomes final. No further changes can be accommodated, including adding or removing items, combining orders, or canceling orders.
